VERDICT: A six-time winner in Britain, including three times on the all-weather, Viva Voce can gain a first win in this country. The Tom McGuinness-trained seven-year-old has taken time to find his feet but shaped much better in recent starts. From a mark of 51, the Intense Focus gelding has to be very competitive under Jack Cleary. Third over C&D last Friday, Thompson Gunner should again be a contender. A son of Highland Reel, the three-year-old is a lightly-raced gelding with the scope to improve further on just his third handicap run. Twice successful here earlier in the year, Aisling Oscar could be a horse that finds some improvement now that he reverts to the Polytrack for the first time since March.
